AGED CHEESE 10 days (curado)

Our 10-day aged cheese from Brazil is delivered straight to you in Ontario, Canada.

Made from pasteurized, hanged, salted and matured cow’s milk. It differs from Minas Padrão in that it has a drier, firmer mass, with a peel and a creamy yellowish appearance. Its flavour is very pronounced and acidic. Excellent to be grated, it gives a very striking flavour to foods where it is mixed or exceptional to be used as a snack. It does not have an expiration date and the longer it matures, the more flavour it adds.
